Service Agreements

When you engage our cleaning services:

• Service details, pricing, and frequency will be outlined in your service agreement
• Our service agreements include a 30-day cancellation clause - you may cancel with 30 days written notice
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice
• Recurring service schedules may be adjusted based on availability and mutual agreement

Scheduling and Access

• You agree to provide access to the premises at the scheduled service time
• If access is not available, a trip charge may apply
• Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule
• We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate schedule changes

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed

• For recurring services, payment may be collected via automatic billing

• Keep pets secured during service if requested
• Provide accurate contact and billing information

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us before our team leaves so we can address your concerns immediately. For concerns raised after service completion, please contact us within 24 hours and we will work to make it right.

Liability and Insurance

The Heiser Group maintains liability insurance to cover accidental damage that may occur during cleaning services. Our liability is limited to the reasonable cost of repair or replacement of damaged items, subject to our insurance policy limits. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage to items not properly disclosed.

Cancellation Policy

• Recurring services: 30 days written notice required to cancel
• Scheduled appointments: 24 hours notice for rescheduling
• Same-day cancellations: May be subject to a cancellation fee
• No-shows: Full service charge may apply
